Lunch/Light Dinners

  • Leek & Asparagus Soup
  • Spring Wrap Filling (spring radish-turkey-tamari  filling is made to be served in lettuce, rice, or tortilla wraps) servings

Main Meals:

  • Lamb & Asparagus Stir-Fry
  • Jerk Chicken Skewers with Mango Salsa
  • Vegetarian Chili with baked potato or oven fries

Snacks & Sweets

  • Spelt Cinnamon Rolls
  • Mint Carob Cookies
