My Story:

Food has always played and important role in my life.  Over the years I have experimented with many different diets including, raw foods, vegan, vegetarian, macrobiotic, paleo, gluten free, and most recently I’ve found my way back to “real foods” or traditional cooking. Some of these “experiments” were due to health issues, some were pure curiosity, and others were simply a way to reconnect with family and friends. Through all of my food “obsessions”, as my husband would say, there was always a common theme – local!

Eating local has alway been a passion and I am very fortunate to live in an area where local food is prevelent.  Over the years I have developed a network of farmers, producers, and artisans who have all contributed to my love of local foods. I look forward to sharing this passion and knowldege with my clients and growing together in support of our local food community.

With Gratitude,

Trisha Morris

  1. Hey Trisha…. (we met at Birthfest for the 2nd time) so I’d like to host a lacto-fermenting class at my house some time in august. Particularly interested in in making pickles and condiments, maybe sauerkraut. Can we connect? e-mail me at jess.sherman1@gmail.com

  2. I was the one talking to you about H. pylori infection and probiotics. Your card does not indicate anyway to contact you. Strange for a business card. You should make communication easier. So, if you will contact me, I will send you the medical research on H. pylori and probiotic bacteria.
