We just had this as a quick side to BBQ’d burgers. Loved it and wanted to share!
Simple Summer Salad Recipe
1/2 package of cavatappi pasta (or pasta of choice), cooked
3-5 tablespoons of Cook’s Gourmet Tapenade, any flavour (we used the Roasted Red Pepper)
1/2 container of feta cheese, crumbled
salt & pepper to taste
Combine cooled pasta with remaining ingredients and serve.
